Hi Vicki,
I subscribed to your swap, I thought I might join. My friends daughter will be celebrating her 2nd Christmas this year and I thought that this would be a great gift for her. But I was hesitant because I wasn't sure how I was going to make the designs. Well, long story short (yea, I know - too late ) I took out one of my Cricut Cartridges - Joys of the Season, and it had the 12 Days of Christmas on it! Including the phrases.

So- Sign me up for Day one please
Thanks
I ordered that one! Maybe I did it on purpose?? Thanks for joining and spread the word!
Just to be clear - are we suppose to mount these on the "coasters"?
I have a bit of info for those of you, who, like me, do not have coasters.
I work at Blockbuster video - have for 12 years now - when we switched formats and started to use "backer cards" to mark the placing for the DVD's, they were made with a plastic material. Now we have moved to a more environmental friendly cardboard type. It's very sturdy. Every Monday the new release wall is re-set to the new movies that come out on Tuesdays. So, ALOT of the backer cards get thrown away. But not at my store - I keep the throw aways and have been colloecting some of them to use for mini album covers that I never got around to make .
Well, I just used my fiskars cutter and it worked beautifully!!! Each backer card measures 5.5" X 8", so you can get 2- 4x4 squares out of one card. My SU corner rounder does a PERFECT job rounding the corners as well!!
So, using a little Mod Podge - which I have - I can cover the cut backer card and have a very sturdy foundation! I am so excited!!
It's thinner than coasters, and some chipboard but thicker than some other chipboards I have seen.
I'm sure that if you ask your local store for some they would give it to you.
HTH some people who are wanting to sign up, but looking to cut some of the "production costs"
OOOOHHH great idea Sandy! They ae supposed to be attached to coasters or their equivalent.

to give to a swap host?
I'm just saying...
Well girls...what do you think? Are we going to be able to fill this thing or do I close it due to lack of interest? Is there something I should do to tweak the description to make it sound more appealing?
