Ohhh I like this sketch and I checked out theother ones you have in your gallery going to print them off! I may have to adapt them cause I don't have any bigger size pics so I may fight 2 4x6 or collage a bunch in that space. WE'll see I just have to get to scrapping again!

Here is my 8x8 Disneyland take on the inspiration sketch. I didn't use any stamps, I hope it was still ok to upload this layout. I am proud of how it turned out and wanted to share.

I love these sketches. Each week I get an idea of what would be PERFECT for the sketch. I even dream about it! Is that over the top?
Anyway, as soon as I saw this week's sketch I thought... I have to get my girls in their matching dresses and use my island blossoms simply scrappin' kit. What I love most is how quickly you can scrap with these kits and a sketch! Amazing!
Anyway, I love this and love the picture! A tip, if you have Sam's Club in your area, their 1 hour photo service is just $.14 per picture and only $1.46 for an 8x10. Great deal and fast, too!

Beautifully executed, I still have to get mine done!!! Thanks for the tip about Sams...I used to use them for all my 'real' pics but when they built the newer Sams closer to me, the quality was noticably poorer compared to the Sams we used to use...anyway that was years ago before we got our digital. Gonna have to give them another chance! ;) |

Here is my dps from this week's sketch. This was my first time using craft ink on my pages - ugh for the drying time/messiness, wow for the coverage. I'm sticking with it; I just need to learn to be more careful! Also used my mat pack for the first time! yay!

some reasons might be the size, or the title is a duplicate to something already in the system. Those are two that I know of - there are probably more. |
