Title: CAS445 - Go Western Hostess: KelliJo Keyword: CAS445 Week of September 4
I'm heading home to see my Daddy and the World Famous Pendleton Rodeo. I will spend time with my Vets serving breakfast and enjoying being home. TONS of fires out that way and on the way.... horribly sad. Oregon is SO BEAUTIFUL!!!!! ANYWAY..... Let's get stampy and use a Western Theme, anything western.... horses, cows, plaid, cowboys....
1. There is no deadline to play along with the CAS challenges. 2. Take all the time you need to finish and upload your card. 3. Upload your card to your gallery and link back to this thread so we all can see your project. 4. Please remember to put in the correct keyword CAS445 when uploading your image, a copy/paste of the keyword is recommended to avoid typos. 5. Please feel free to combine the CAS challenges with any other challenge.
The challenges are to provide inspiration and to get us stamping, so have fun and follow yourheART. We can't wait to see what you create!

Yes, we have fires on 3 sides of us! One of my friends on the north side just had to evacuate their home...Can you pray for us in Central Cal as well while you are making cards?

This is my DH's standard greeting, especially when he's in Nevada or Montana- he grew up on a ranch and can fix almost anything! I used a Wordsworth stamp for my cowgirl, adding some cactus and "rocks" with dry embossing. Finished with a rough twine bow. Here's Howdy!

Obviously lots of people are liking this challenge this week. Here's my offering.

I have made hundreds of cards and so many people say it has brought joy to their lives which, in turn, brings joy to my life. Almost everyone I give them to says that they always save me, which I consider a huge compliment.
I don't know if anyone can imagine my surprise that the card for last weeks CAS challenge has been chosen as CAS Favorite, I'm filled with joy and blown away!
Kelli, may the roads you travel be smooth and free from harm. Safe journeys!
We were just through that area and then today I saw how bad the fire situation has become. Very sad! Be safe and have a great trip. I'll be back with a card!

It took me a couple of days to get this card cobbled together, so nice to finally finish it! I love western theme cards because I have a ton of western stamps and they don't get used as often as they should. Thanks for this challenge, it was fun to get back in the saddle again! ;)
I usually have to opt out of uploading my clean and simple card, because I tend to put too much on my cards. So I do believe this one qualifies as a clean and simple card. Thanks for looking .Tonda Baldwin's Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
