Splitcoaststampers.com - the world's #1 papercrafting community
You're currently viewing Splitcoaststampers as a GUEST. We pride ourselves on being great hosts, but guests have limited access to some of our incredible artwork, our lively forums and other super cool features of the site! You can join our incredible papercrafting community at NO COST. So what are you waiting for?
There is nothing like a good book, especially when you make it yourself! This week we are celebrating books that we make and write in ourselves from the Moleskine site. I'm fairly sure that Moleskine notebooks had to be one of the first products to make journaling so popular! There are tons of great book designs and ideas on this board, so I'm sure you'll find your own inspiration there too!
Goals:
Please don't be tempted to upload a card that you have made prior to this challenge, just because it looks like an image on the site. Rather, take the real challenge of allowing your creative juices to flow again, and creating something brand new for the gallery!
Use the keyword: IC613 (no spaces or extra characters) when you upload your card, and make sure you put commas between your key words. Include your inspiration image in the description of your project being sure to only include links from the Moleskine site.
IC613 Gallery
For those of you who say you get overwhelmed with having too many, or too little, images to choose from, I've uploaded 10 of my favorite designs! So just stick with one (or all) of those for your inspiration. Click on the images below to see them bigger and to get their links on SCS.
How to Play ~ View the attached images. You may be inspired to recreate the pieces ~ but that isn't necessary ... get your inspiration from the colors, layout, style or 'theme'. Just enjoy wherever your inspired creative journey takes you. Remember, if you are inspired by the creation of another artist, please do not use print-outs of the art in your creation or directly copy their work. Make the inspiration piece your own. Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong' and there is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge. There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild ~ be *inspired* and go get stamping!
Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Also, remember to link to your SCS gallery on this thread. Thank you for joining me on this inspiration journey.
What happens when you try to load it? I would suggest one of the following:
-Try a different browser (Chrome seems to work with most things)
-If you're on a mobile device, try a laptop or computer
-Use the 10 images below the post
If you tell me what is happening when you try to load the page, I'll try to troubleshoot with you.
Sorry about the problems,
Audrie

After trying many different ways, I finally got on (did google search for the company and got one of the links to work). Thanks so much for responding and offering to help, Audrie.

I was inspired by this cool journal cover- Peter Pan's Collector's Edition- and I went with a fall-themed journal, using a spiral punch from SU, threading rough twine through the punched border. Added some cool dp, and a fall sentiment from a local ad circular. Finished with a sending hedgehugs "tab" and a dc hedgehog. Here's Fall Journal
