Scrappin' Challenge 2017
Can you believe this is our 9th year of Scrappin' Goal Challenge?! We sure completed an AWESOME number of pages together in 2009 through 2016 and I'm looking forward to MORE Scrap pages together in 2017! Let's keep scrappin'.
It was SO fun to chat about and see everyone's pages, goals and ideas for completing LOTS of scrapbook pages in 2017! Many had a common theme - get more pages done, use what's in our stash, meet new scrapping friends, plan time/crops...
What fun we'll have sharing ideas, cheering success, keeping the motivation and making new friends. Our scrap goal isn't all about getting pages done, it's also about enjoying the process! Please feel free to join at any time!
Here's the CHALLENGE. Each person can share their page goals, pages and ideas. for those of use who like Annual Goals, we will have a better shot at meeting our yearly goal if we break it down by month.
*In this thread, we track our monthly goals. We find it helps us keep getting pages done which is good for all of us.
You choose your own scrapbook page goal and monthly spend goal. You may select 2, 3, 5, 50 pages....you choose. The idea is to be flexible so if you know you're going to be really busy, you can reduce the number one month or if you're going to a couple crops or scrap weekends, up the number. This also works for the budget. Each month, you can change your goals depending on your calendar!
The whole goal of the challenge is to get lots of pages done all the while enjoying sharing with Virtual Friends.
Are you UP for the CHALLENGE? Come and Play in the 2017 Scrapbook Challenge! Here's to Meeting our Scrapping Goals & Meeting New Friends!
We'd love to "oohh" and "aahh" over your pages so please post with key word "sbc17sep"

September 2017 VSBN is LIVE!
There is a master challenge thread that has an introduction and each challenge.
Each day, I will post an individual challenge thread and come back here and let you know.
There are 9 challenges. One a day will be posted Friday, Saturday & Sunday of Labor Day weekend and one each Friday & Saturday thereafter. Last weekend of the month, we play "ketchup".
Well I got a day in at the lake with my hubby today, but had to come home from the long holiday weekend since I work tomorrow and Monday. I hit my August goal of 8 and have a YTD of 127. Which is 127 pages greater than the ZERO I did the year before.... thanks to the inspiration I have found here!
It seems 10 is the popular number so far for goals, so I might as well join in and say TEN for my Sept goal as well.
I hope you all have a labor free holiday!
Hi everyone, unfortunately I won't be able to give a goal this month. We fly out tomorrow to China for a couple of weeks, and may have to fly to the UK on our return. We received some bad news a few days ago and I'm just holding it together at present. My sister is very ill and is having major surgery in a couple of days and we are hoping for a good outcome. Everything is up in the air at present so I can't commit to scrapping at present. As much as I know we will enjoy our trip to China, it is bitter-sweet. Once we return, I will have more of an idea on timing and when we will be going to the UK, and whether I will have time to scrap. I was hoping to start a book for my sister and may do this on my return if I have time.
Good luck with the challenges and happy scrapping.

Ahhh .... it's been quite a crafty weekend! Love that we have an extra day. I had a good August - 55 pages done and 39 cards (mostly Christmas) so it appears my MOJO has returned. Yay!
Here's my pages for Sept already
Today, though I've been busy with errands. My oldest son is home this weekend for a visit and since it's his Bday Thursday, I made his favorites for dinner and a cake
Looking forward to spending time with him!

Howdy, scrappers. I've been busy for the last several weeks with my husband off work recovering from back surgery :p I'm at 228 pages for the year, goal for September will be 10. Cheers!
5 - (no photo yet - I had to order 4 x 6 flip pockets. I'm fairly certain I used all that I had, but I kept thinking - I put them in a good place. Because that's what I told myself when I put them away. However, the good place popped to mind and there's no 4 x 6 flip pockets. So, I must be out. Ordered. Will post when I get the flip pocket attached.)
And, I redid a page. Yeah, I know. But that washi tape on the title card was...bothering me. Whole 'nother story on that one, too, as I had to **gasp** toss a pocket page protector.
Well, scrappers, we are boarding up and heading out. I have a couple of days to decided what I'm taking along with my daughter and her 3 doggies of course. We have been persuaded by my granddaughter to visit. Thought long and hard, and well, why not! I haven't held them in my arms since the beginning of January and do so miss them.
I have the scraplift challenge just waiting for paste on my desk so I will finish that in the morning. Won't be doing anymore most likely until we return from AZ.

Pretty sure I jinxed this.
I print photos from home. It was working fine. But for the last couple of days, it's NOT been working fine. :( It's been slow and lots of printer errors and partial photos and ghost photos. From the phone to the Selphy, from the phone to the Pixma. From the computer to the Pixma. The only common factor is the wi-fi.
So, not really sure what the issue is, but it's slow and maddening! Hoping it's just a hiccup. I feel pretty certain it's the wi-fi - which makes me think I need to investigate switching to bluetooth and bypass wi-fi altogether. I cannot bluetooth the desktop, but I can get a cord. Not sure my Canon CP900 Selfy is bluetooth compatible though. It doesn't work with Windows 10. So, think I'm asking for Picmate for my upcoming birthday!
(sigh) Adventures in home printing and just when it was working so well.

Leaving because hurricane Irma is predicted to cover the state with destruction. Its gotten bigger than Andrew was in 1992 that is responsible for the strictest building codes in the nation. Glad this house was build only 10 years ago. However, we are evacuating and will make this a change to go visit my babies in Arizona.
We are close enough to the coast (about an hour south of Cape Canaveral) pitting us against the Atlantic storm surge. Plus, this hurricane is so large it will cover the whole state anyway! Water or wind, or both! Best to let it have its way with my house without us in it. Be Amazing Scraplift17Sep by AnniePanda - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers

Joyce Ann, sending prayers. Have fun with the grandkids!
Melissa, glad you are telling me that cannon doesn't work with Windows 10 because that is what I have, and I was thinking of getting one of those photo printers.
Oh BTW, have a peek at my blog today; you will wonder why Inwant a photo printer! LOL
