Default Stamping Up....Mossy Meadow?

I don't have Mossy Meadow. I know it was discontinued.

What current color is close to it?

Thanks much!

What about Always Artichoke; it is a little browner.

That's what I thought too. I've looked online and can't find anywhere it says what it is closest to.

I ran this image search in Bing and the first few pictures give pretty good color comparisons: https://www.bing.com/images/search?q...on&FORM=HDRSC2

I agree with Always Artichoke........when they do a new color replacement there has been speculation that Mossy Meadow will replace it since it was a huge hit.

Mossy Meadow is SO much prettier than Artichoke. Dark, rich green that goes to the yellow side. It has black added to make the base color darker. Looks wonderful with Old Olive.

Artichoke is more to the blue side and it is toned. That means that it has both black and white added to the base color. More black than white, but in my eyes, toned colors are "muddy".

I consider Mossy Meadow to be in its own category of color. Even Artichoke is not as rich. I sure do hope they replace it with the Mossy Meadow. I've already purged the Artichoke from my color collection because I dislike it so much.
