HelloColorChallengeFans! It's Tuesday and time for another color challenge. #640 on the charts for us.
Let's start with the fave from last week. Maura was the hostess and she chose this sail away beauty from Stef aka dahlia19.
Maura said: "I love Stef's bold use of the colors, and how she used a woodgrain pp as her background which gives the card a rustic, down to earth feel. Then the twine and the corrugated piece of cardstock behind her sentiment pulled it all together - LOVE it"
Congrats Stef! The code to add the badge to your blog is attached below, and your card also will be pinned on our Pinterest Challenge board. Check it out here.
Now onto this week's challenge. I have chosen colors that lean toward patriotic. Remember the challenge is to create a card with only the colors that we give you. Plus, neutrals of course - white-vanilla-black-gray or brown.
Please keep in mind, that while we list SU colors for the challenges, these are just color reference points. Use the closest colors you have. We want everyone to be able to play!!!
Please put CC640 in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge, use a comma to separate them) so we can find your card!

Great colors today Mary!!! Although not a patriotic card, our War Eagle Mill looks a bit like this one and it is the last working mill around here, with a restaurant, gist mill and four times a year; the craft fair.

Mary- thanks for the great colors! I used a set "new to me"- and did some fussy cutting for my images. Added some dots for my flowers and sentiment. Here's Friendly Flowers

Went with a "swirling dust" background for my card- using SU's Little Trucks stamps. Added a simple fabric border for my embellishment. Here's Work Site

Had fun with today's color challenge, using a red card for my background, swiping my slate grey ink pad under my scalloped border. Used TE's Joe to go set with matching dies, adding some mini wood grain panels for my coffee cup background, and finishing with a bronze ribbon top border. Here's Spill the Beans
