Has anyone found carrying (protective) case sized for the mini MISTI (similar to the laptop sleeves, etc that people bought from Amazon, etc for the original MISTI)?
Just wondering what others might have already found before I go digging myself. I guess I could break out the sewing machine to try to make a custom one, but I'm more inclined to get it retail if possible.
If there's not a simple solution, have you tried taking your Misti to a store that sells tablet and laptop covers? Or you might check with makers on Etsy who custom sew laptop/tablet covers. Someone might be happy to make one that's a little different size. I just looked; there are lots of sellers. If you want to try that, just search on "tablet laptop cover" on the website.
I found mine on ETSY. I've had one made for my Original and Mini Misti AND my Cricut Explore and I love them all! They are quilted and very well handcrafted!!! Look up KathysCozies. She will allow you to choose your fabric.
Check My Sweet Petunia's website. At CHA she announced one is coming soon. I didn't see it there yet but keep checking. There is a new "accoutrement" package on the site that look exciting to use--Lydia did a semi using them. Might can find that on You Tube.

I bought a small neoprene tablet sleeve for the mini (for a dollar at a dollar store) and a larger sleeve for the original (Amazon). The larger one is an 11.6 purple AmazonBasics laptop sleeve $9.99.)

I saw that, and it looks fabulous and not for just our MISTI! It's on my list too!
I bought this one (see the link below) at amazon, it fits very nicely. I also keep the creative corner set in a clear dvd case and this fits in the cover as well. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005GCSYDW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Cheers
This one looks very similar to the one I purchased at Michaels. It is black and teal and is called the Create 365 The Happy Planner Storage case. It is regularly priced at $39.99 but is frequently 50% off or you could always use a coupon. I have used mine much like the video shows and I find it works great.
I bought a padded sleeve for my iPad Pro through Bertie's Closet which is a handmade item affiliate of Amazon. You send them your dimensions, thickness etc. and they custom make it. It is foam and fabric lined, with an outside pocket and a button and loop closure. There are several fabric selections. I got the charcoal tweed with a burnt orange lining. It was pricey though, about 39. Probably cheaper for a Misti mini.
Have you seen the new MISTI bags? They are available now! Retail Shop
Here's is the pink trim one:
I started a whole new thread! I thought they were released this month, until I spotted your post. I sure could have used it today. Ordered mine and can't wait to get it!
I recently bought a very large pencil bag, padded, zippers and has three hole punches for putting in binders. I used it as a cheap temporary cover for my iPad but I think the mini Misti would fit. Just a thought for anyone wanting to save money.
I love my new MISTI Bag. I got the teal one. I sent an email to see if there might be an availability of purchasing extra inner bags to hold markers. Also, I have never used the Colorbox cleaner before or the Close to my Heart. Any feelings about those? I use the Stampin Up one but most of the time just a wet Absorber. Thanks

I like the Colorbox cleaner for cleaning inks like Hero Arts, Gina K, Lawn Fawn etc that don't really come off nicely with the absorber or wipes. And it's works great when stamps are on the lid of the MISTI instead of spraying them with the cleaner (the blue one)
