Today's holiday tutorial is a great one for using up paper scraps! These ornaments and dreidels are made of strips of cardstock. String a bunch of them together for a garland, or use a single one for a gift tag or ornament.

For my ultimate Christmas Grinch of a DH to be impressed with this project, it's a surefire winner!! And it would definitely be fun to do together with a couple of other people.
Cute project Dina! I must be losing strength in my hands or my hole punches are crap cuz I couldn't punch a hole through all that thickness(I used the two sided papers...they must be thicker).. Oh well..I just looped the ribbon through it..worked fine.
Had fun making this ornament, as a tag to a holiday gift. Used patterned and plain dps for my creation, adding a green tag with an open scallop border, tied with a yellow floss bow. Here's FF16ornamentgarland tagged ornament

This would be a fantastic idea for little kids to make for parents. If you know nay day care workers who are looking for wonderful ideas for the kids we should show them this technique.
What a great and easy to follow tutorial, Dina!! I initially thought this could be difficult but it was surprisingly easy. I will most likely make more! Thanks, Dina!! Here are my ornament and dreidel.
