It's a 3 x 3 Party this week! This challenge is to create a 3 x 3 card inspired by the Mini Artworks: 3 x 3 Cards Pinterest Board. Pull out your scraps, or something brand new; no matter what things you use you'll have such fun exploring the possibilities! Once you get started it's like eating chips, I had to stop myself! I used up a bunch of scrap paper, and tried out a few of the stamps, inks, and dies that were sitting in my "new" basket (which is a little basket on my desk with new products that I haven't had a chance to use yet). It's so much easier to create a small card - less intimidating or something - LOL. The surprising advantage is that there are so many ways to use them too: lunchbox notes, love notes, gift cards to decorate presents, or just put it on your desk to inspire a new technique, or to provoke a smile! Since you'll need something nice to hold your mini-works-of-art, I've posted a video from our own SCS Tutorials below that shows how to make an adorable little box!
Challenge Goals: Please don't be tempted to upload a card that you have made prior to this challenge, just because an image on the site reminds you of it - this is all about creating from an inspiration. So, please take the challenge of allowing your creative juices to flow based on the images you browse this week. Remember, it can just be the color palette or style that ignites your creativity. Whatever draws you to the designs, take the challenge of doing something uniquely inspired today.
Use the keyword: IC568(no spaces or extra characters) when you upload your card, and make sure you put commas between your key words.

For those of you who say you get overwhelmed with having too many images to choose from, or don't have Pinterest accounts, I've uploaded 10 of my favorites. So just stick with one (or all) of those for your inspiration. Click on the images below to see them bigger and to get their links on SCS. Don't forget to let us know which photo served as your inspiration piece please, and Enjoy!
Lovely and charming board, Audrie. I'm going to be using your challenge in conjunction with today's closing FF16 challenges....there is so much inspiration with these 3 x 3 cards! Thanks.

It was fun working with a 3 x 3 format! I used some cute dies I had by my Big Shot- used some paper that employed the shaving cream technique- and added die cut sentiments. Here's IC568 Bunny and star wreath cards

Here's 2 cards I made. One started out bigger but by the time I had finished with it, it was 3x3 so was suitable for 2 challenges )
Thank you for taking time to look at my cards. I am loving these challenges.
