Are you all enjoying Falliday fest 2016 so far? You are up to the 20th challenge give yourself a pat on the back!Here's what we're going to do taday
Break out some pretty Fall/Holiday napkins and create a Felted paper look. There are a couple of ways to do this: Here is Lydia's tutorial > Felted Cardstock Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers
OR if you're like me and have an allergy to ironing ;) simply use spray on adhesive or mod podge!

UPLOADING INSTRUCTIONS:

NAPKIN CARD

Here's my felted card. Its a bit blurry and this was the only holiday napkin I could find. I guess the plates and napkins come out later in the season!

Patty- awesome technique! I substituted heavy weight brown paper bags for the newsprint for my felted cardstock with this jolly snowman- topped with a panel with stitching, reverse cut stenciled yellow snowflakes, and stamped snowflakes. Did a bit of doodling around my sentiment frame, and added some yellow stitching. Here's FF16pattybA Let it Snow

Make do with any printed napkin and use it as a background! Or make the napkin a quirky focal point with a die cut!

Ask friends or neighbors - I've done it that way and got a great mix. One from each that's enough.

I think this one turned out pretty well, for starting with a Dollar Tree napkin pack! LOL Merry Christmas

My plastic wrap wouldn't stick the paper and napkin together so went with spray adhesive.

Well...this says a lot about me or my family or both! When is comes to "decorative napkins" these types of humorous napkins are the ones I'm drawn toward. Thanks for the challenge. I would never have thought to turn this into a card and with mod podge it was so simple! Funny thing is I have a lot of people with whom I could send this!
