June 2016 Christmas Card Challenge
Here is the June 2016 Christmas Card Challenge!
Lynn, aka FMcrafter has come up with a great challenge for us for June!!
She states, "how about trees for June...yup the rush of new foliage...so trees ...wreath...anything like that"!!

How funny. I just uploaded this card, and when I went to the gallery I saw the same image on the last card I uploaded, 3 months ago. I've been busy moving house and got way behind. The image was already colored, so I guess I colored them at the same time.
Anyway, I'm trying to get slowly back on track with the crafting and hope to catch up on CCC. |

so I made some new trees..I like the tress but I hate the card...and of course I glued it down to within an inch of it's life!

ok..but you have to help me fix it...I like the cardstock...I like the trees...I like the sentiment...I just don't like it all together...it is missing something __________________

I think in my opinion is that those lovely trees are not popping off the page they are blending in with the bg.
I too love all the elements you have on the card, the trees are incredible!!
If it were me I would place a darker panel behind the trees, and place the star cs on a darker cs bg too!!

You could glue those trees to a darker card stock and just trim around each tree leaving about an eighth inch border around each one! |
