CC572 Getting Real Wild in the Mist on the Pacific (03-01-16)
Hello Color Challenge Friends!!
Get your sunglasses on, because these colors are bright! Before we get right at it though, let's celebrate our favorite from last week:
Barbara was our hostess and she picked MariLynn's card here
This is what she said about MariLynn�s card: "I fell in love with this card the moment I saw it! Not only the beautiful tole flowers, the inventive use of cheesecloth (!), and the gold speckles, but the lesson for us all to be happy and create beauty with what we already have!"

Since it�s a new month we also have new guest designers. Joining us for March with their amazing stamping talents are Carla aka covingtoncrafter and Pam aka wearestampers. Carla was our fave from CC547 and Pam our fave from both CC553 and CC561.
So, on to this week�s challenge�.Our colors this week are:

pacific point

Some how these colors said "4th of July" to me....minus the green, but I have a patriotic stamp where green can be used. Thanks.

CC572 Be Okay
Went with a 60's "flower power" theme for my card, using a Whiff of Joy image of a girl in blue jeans. Added some bold flowers and a fabric/twine tie for "pop". Dedicated to myself- got a sinus bug :( Here's Be Okay__________________

I was lucky to be able to use one card for both challenges today.
MMTPT397 this goes to Cheryl, to uplift her spirits from being so sick.
CC572 - I tried to use all the colors it spoke for today
Both are lots of fun!!

What lovely colors, they go so neat together, had to play along....here is my card Sewn with love__________________
We as people are raindrops of colorful ink , falling down Crisp and Clear, each a different shade more vibrant then the last, but once we realize at the bottom of an endless abyss we all fall into the same inkpot forming one color, only then can we come together as one My son.

I have to admit I did sneak just a bit of yellow in with the colors for this week. I just couldn't help it. I thought they were great quilting colors so I combined CC with the MMTPT challenge. Here mine:
