CAS Favorites for Week Ending 3/30/14

Good morning! Hope the sun is shining as brightly where you are this a.m. as it is here. It's going to be short-lived over the next week, so I'm going to enjoy it while I can.

Here are some of my CAS favorites from this past week. Can't wait to see what ones YOU found.

Felt Thank You by jasonw1
LOVE the soft pink felt accents on this pretty latticework card.

CAS Pine by nyingrid
Not sure why, but I just fell in love with this tree and sentiment as soon as I saw it.

Thinking of You by Arizona Maine
Angela's burlap circle makes such a difference on this card, especially with the bit of fraying.

Vivid Vases by nancy littrell
Nancy hit it out of the park with this soft colored beauty! Her copper butterfly is the perfect accent.

Rose on Texture by Butternutsage ***NEW TO ME STAMPER ***
I love the interest the embossing folders give this card and how the flower pulls it all together.

Layered Stamping by #Francine
This cheery Hello card certainly brightened my day.

Blushing Blooms by cindybstampin
Perfect composition and one of my favorite color combos got this one on my list of faves.

I Yam What I Yam by understandblue
This whole set of veggie cards tickled me, but I think this was my favorite of the lot.

Reflections by understandblue
Love the look of the laid down flowers against the sentiment. Beautiful!

Triple Tulips by Rox71
Simple and beautiful -- even more so because it is a square card. ;)

Need help linking your Favorites?
Follow these steps:
1. Load this week's Favorites thread in yourfirst browser tab. Scroll down and click the Go Advanced button.

2. Open a second tab (or a separate window). Goto the Gallery and click on "My Favorites."

3. Click on a card you have saved. At the top,highlight the web address. Hit Ctrl+C to copy.

4. Switch back to the first tab and hit Ctrl+Vto paste your link there. Hit Enter twice to add a blank line. Repeat as manytimes as needed for all your links.

5. Click the Preview Post button and check thatyour links work. Then click the Submit Reply button

I don't often get to be in the CAS thread as CAS is something I struggle with! I did LOVE how my "Felt Thank You" turned out, and I am thrilled that you have added me to your list of CAS favorites Debbie, you have definitely put a smile in my heart and also on my face this Sunday morning! THANK YOU! Also big thanks to Karen for letting me know I am here among the MANY talented CAS ladies. I send hugs to both of you and a wish for a very blessed and creative week!

My list is not too long this week as I've been busy with spring gardening. But I did find some real beauties:

CCC14 - Peaceful Night by ohmypaper! - love the background technique

Express Yourself Amazing You Card by amyk3868 - beautiful spray of stars

White Tulips by Loll Thompson - great use of emboss resist with a stencil

WT472 simplify by tessaduck - love the tall card shape; the sentiment is perfect for a CAS card

Too Much Happy by UnderstandBlue - vibrant colours and an interesting technique

CAS265 thinking of you bird by beesmom - I'm in love with the colours and the shading on this card

CAS265, Colour Blocking-Hello by k dunbrook - fabulous interpretation of the colour block challenge

Mondrian Blocked Birthday by mamaxsix - brilliant idea to think of Mondrian for the colour block challenge

Live Happy by StampingSelene - great vintage feel achieved with sponging

Oh good grief!! I am so sorry about saying thank you so late...I just found this morning that I had a card in here. I didn't get an email just went to check why I had, and who from, more comments on the Buck card and I saw the notice from Karen.
