There is no 'deadline' to completing your Christmas cards for February,
It's never to late to join....
You can join anytime during the year. . If you need to skip a month or two, that is perfectly fine.
I have two for Feb goal. They both have blue in them but not the navy blue and silver that is traditional. I think they qualify for pretty non-traditional looking, although if I keep using my favorite paper....they are going to become "Angie's Traditional Christmas Colors"!!!

Angie's Merry In a Round card has got me thinking I should clarify the challenge. When I say no red or green, I'm thinking no traditional, dark, Christmas green. A lime green is not a standard Christmas colour. Bits of red is fine, too; just try to find a shade of red that's not the standard 'Santa suit, candy cane, etc.' red. SU's Rose Red is a less traditional colour than, say, Real Red.
That said, I'd love to see some really fun, out there colours too.. I just don't want to scare anyone. If you get stuck & lime green w/pink is all you can come up with, go for it.
Hint... purple and gold look nice together, as do purple & silver....
And when I said no blue, it was specifically the navy blue that we all love with silver that I had in my head.
Ok here is one of my non-traditional cards for Feb. I'm like Sue, if I can't use traditional colors I always use blue and silver for Christmas cards. In fact, it's one of my favorite combinations for wintery cards. But I finally got finished with one out of my five:Yule Hog -CCC14 by pvilbaum - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers

This will make it easier for me to get my other 4 done. I really did enjoy the challenge though of not going to my usual non traditional choices. Thanks for clarifying.

I had every intention of joining in with this months challenge and all went very well until I started to assemble the kraft card. It looked far to bland just kraft and white and somehow the only colour that looked right was the red. So here are my cards, one for the challenge and the second just because...... I made a few to meet the challenge. The rest of my quota will be regular colors. I just don't seem to have the knack for non traditional colors, but thanks for getting me to give it a try! I will post pictures later.
These two photo's are my four Christmas cards for the February challenge. I was going to use the same image in four different ways - at least that was my 1st of the year idea, but as I was making these, I FORGOT!. As I put the last one together I remembered so....they are all the same! tfl and thanks for the challenge.
Although there's a tiny smidge of red and green on this card, I think it qualifies for the non-traditional colour challenge as the bulk of the card is beige, brown, and black:
