Hello TLC friends and fans. Hope you all had a fabulous and Merry Christmas. I know I did. It was nice to be away from crafting for a few weeks. Now I have my mojo back and ready to create.
Today I am hoping all of you are ready to "Shake in the New Year" with your shaker cards! I think they are making a come back. I have found some great tutorials online and there is a a fantastic tutorial by Beate Johns right here at SCS.
I cannot wait to see all of your creative shaker cards. I am new to these and to be completely honest, this was my 1st shaker card.
Please use keyword: TLC462 when adding your card to this gallery.
As an added bonus: when making your shaker cards I would LOVE to see you use sequins. They make such a great sparkle in shaker cards!
Here's mine, Jenn - couldn't resist playing along.
Thank you for the opportunity to use up lots of OLD supplies - I've had those sequins, the papers and probably even the shaker windows since before our last house move. Yikes!! That makes most of this card almost 7 years old, LOL.
Lots of fun to make this shaker card. Here's my card .

I know that Christmas just passed, but want to get a head start on next year and am looking for a nativity stamp that would work for a shaker card...one with baby Jesus, Mary & Joseph in the back ground (and maybe wisemen), then a few animals in the foreground. Also needs the manger in the foreground. In thinking about it now, maybe I need a 2-3 stamp set for this? Anyway, if anyone knows of one, please let me know.
