Must have:
acetate (stiff, not the light flimsy stuff I usually use A 4" square required to cut a 3 3/4" circle, some clear packaging will probably be big enough.
Circle cutter or die.
Totally optional:
White StazOn on Brilliance for stamping on acetate
Polar White Flower Soft
I make my own flower soft, I purchased styrofoam balls any size and you scrub two together so that they flake each other off, voila you have flower soft. If you want to colour it, place in glass bowl, spray with reinkers, toss and voila

Actually, the "shavings" from distressing the edges of white cs works like flower soft. If it's needed, that's what I intend to use, since there's no sign of ANY color flower soft in this county. I think it's past its trendy window, maybe.

I have also made my own flower soft and it works great!
:( I don't think I have any stiff acetate, will have to think on that. As a Fan Club member I just got a sneak peak of that challenge, and I would love to play along with that one if I can squeeze out time and find some acetate!
I think we will be gone this weekend and next week's calendar is FILLING up fast! If I don't get to play it will be the first December VSN I have missed since I found SCS. :( Maybe I will be able to sneak in at least one!
I have fond memories of playing along in my first Dec. VSN!!! I was noticing that one of the cards I had so much fun making is high on the "favorited" list and I was just beginning then!
In case I don't get to pop in I hope everyone has fun!!!!
I think a little smaller would work perfectly well, but you'd have to adjust a couple of other dimensions if you use a smaller circle.
Or free-hand cut it!
I found a piece of pkging! I am a pack rat by nature and have slowly weened myself but since becoming a paper crafter I have learned that just about anything can be used so I have started saving things and I just found a Sizzix EF pkging that I didn't throw away! It will work perfectly!

I just bought the Tattered Poinsettia die, so I'm using that package. I just have to go up in the attic and find the Styrofoam balls (I know where they are, I just have to motivate to go get 'em). I'm not sure how many challenges I'll actually be able to do, as I'm catching up work-wise from our trip out of town for Thanksgiving, but it never hurts to be prepared, right? Since I'm east coast, I'm always antsy before things actually start...
