Yummy Granola but not so healthy....

1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 tbsp vanilla

3 cups oats
1 cup quinoa
1 cup rice crispies
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup white chocolate
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup skor bits
1/2 cup flax seed
2 cups broken peanuts or almonds
1 cup coconut

Melt butter and brown sugar together, bring to boil, add vanilla and continue to boil until sugar completely melts about five minutes. Continually stir or it will burn.

In a very large bowl mix all dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients, mix well and spread in two large cookie sheets ensuring that the ingredients are pressed together.

Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.


YUM YUM YUM

Not the healthiest but wow did they get eaten fast in this house. I ended up with two large cookie sheets full.
