Looking for a SU card

This will be a short post because I am SURE someone will be able to help me I am looking for a card, a SU card that I think might have either been on Shelli's blog but can't be sure. It was a Thank You card and it had one of the hearts from the Fashionable Hearts embosslit and it was safety pinned to a string I think...it was very simple and so cute. If I remember correctly, the heart itself was green and it was pinned to twine I think, not ribbon. Does anyone remember seeing this card? I tried Google Image and came up empty, I wonder if it was in the catalog? If anyone can lead the way, I would love to see this card again! Thanks in advance!

Oh no! I am all alone!? I think I am going to have to start flipping through catalogs now and see what I can find. I wanted to see how the pin was attached to the string; through the little hole? Where the pin clips? Was it actually attached? I am trying to create something similar and the pin is just not laying right. Well, to those who have tried, thank you I will keep on looking

Well, I think I found the card I was looking for! Although, I now am a bit concerned about my memory ;) The only thing I got right was that there IS a safety pin, twine and a green heart but the rest I was WAY off Oh thank you to Makalah for sending me to Pinterest!!

I like that one! I remember liking it's hen I first saw it ... But never went back to CASE it.
And I really try to stay away from Pinterest unless I have a day free with nothing to do!
