Happy cooking! I'm wondering if I want to try the cupcakes enough to cook my own pumpkin first. But as Gail said, it requires adapting recipes for the extra wateriness, and I already find I'm adapting for American flour being quite different so it might just be a disaster on the horizon if I had to make too many adjustments
