Acorn Squash Brown Butter Spaghetti
but I've kind of adapted it to be more like an alfredo sauce by adding a bit of half and half and parmesan at the end. I roast my squash, unpeeled an cubed on a baking sheet in the oven then add it in at the end. Super yummy!
Should say peeled & cubed
