Can you believe this is our 5th year of Scrappin' Goal Challenge?! We sure completed an AWESOME number of pages together in 2009 through 2012 and I'm looking forward to MORE Scrap pages together in 2013! Let's keep scrappin'.
It was SO fun to chat about and see everyone's pages, goals and ideas for completing LOTS of scrapbook pages in 2013! Many had a common theme - get more pages done, use what's in our stash, meet new scrapping friends, plan time/crops...
What fun we'll have sharing ideas, cheering success, keeping the motivation and making new friends. Our scrap goal isn't all about getting pages done, it's also about enjoying the process! Please feel free to join at any time!
Here's the CHALLENGE. Each person can share their page goals, pages and ideas. for those of use who like Annual Goals, we will have a better shot at meeting our yearly goal if we break it down by month.
*In this thread, we track our monthly goals. We find it helps us keep getting pages done which is good for all of us.
You choose your own scrapbook page goal and monthly spend goal. You may select 2, 3, 5, 50 pages....you choose. The idea is to be flexible so if you know you're going to be really busy, you can reduce the number one month or if you're going to a couple crops or scrap weekends, up the number. This also works for the budget. Each month, you can change your goals depending on your calendar!
The whole goal of the challenge is to get lots of pages done all the while enjoying sharing with Virtual Friends.

Challenge 2013
This is where we'll have links to the Weekly Challenges! These are GREAT for Inspiration, we have Terrific Hostess and let's try to support them as much as possible!
Didn't get very close to my LOAD goal for September, but I was happy to complete 13 layouts, bringing me up to 75 for the year! October is a very busy month for me, but I'm going to take a chance and shoot for 10.
Would anyone be interested in joining me for a stash busters challenge this month? I was thinking about hosting it on my blog, and I would post a challenge every Thursday (except the 31st) with a list of items from your stash that you would use on your layout. You would have the whole month to complete your layouts and link them to the appropriate posts, so if you're super busy one week, you could do two layouts the next week. I have so much older product just sitting in my stash (can anyone say stickers?) and I would love the motivation to use it up! Let me know if you want to play along with me. I would also be open to suggestions of products you need to use up.

I would be interested! I have been using my stash for a while now and I am not even making a dent in it! I do run out of Red and Black c/s fast, but I need to get my stash down! Where will you post this challenge?
Another month more layouts..... I don't know what to put down. This might be my last month of scrapping for the year as the last two months tend to get busy. It is busy this month too I just don't choose to make my self crazy with it all. I better start birthday shopping tomorrow.
20 layouts for October but will probably end up doing more as I am working on all those unfinished layouts, you know, the ones that don't have titles, journaling, or all the photos glued down. OK, so maybe I am the only one that has an album full of unfinished pages!!

I would be interested. Maybe this will help me transition smoothly back into scrapping since it has been a very long time since I've even gone near my supplies. I'm gonna set my goal to 4 pages for the month.

I'll play along. I have so much paper & embellishments that I haven't used.

I have updated my signature with my goals and accomplished pages. I'm shooting for 10 this month. I did add a double layout to the October gallery, but those pages were done in September. I'm hoping to hit more challenges this month...!
This weekend and week have been CRAZY!!! I decided to give myself a day off (well for the most part). I completed these over the weekend but am only getting photos done today. TFL!
Lela, you may want to have the links on the HOME page changed; those are the links I use. Also, I have trouble finding the Monthly Scraplift Challenge link. Would it be possible for you to post in the first few text boxes when you start the thread each month? :cool::cool::cool:

Sounds like fun! I wish I could join but I've been organizing a Festival for our high school and the event is 10.26 so each day gets busier & busier...can't wait for 11.1! I hope to get to it though sometime :-)
I actually did 2 more pages than planned in September! Keeping it low this month. I still have to do the last digi task from Sept & will do the October, so that's 2. I also wanted to participate in the Monthly Scraplift challenge...that's 3 so I hope it's not crazy to do 1 more! ;-)

Doing one challenge a week is a great idea since it sometimes takes much longer to do scrapping than cards and other projects (at least for me). I wouldn't feel so bad if I couldn't get to something then and there are always tons of past challenges to go back and do if we still need inspiration to continue on. Thanks to all the hostesses and their hard work. I'm hoping to get more time soon to begin scrapping again.

This month should be less busy during the weeks, but I have several weekend trips planned that will cut into my scrappin' time. I'll keep my goal at 10 layouts (20 pages), because it is achievable, but it is a challenge.
Enjoyed joining in the VSBN even if I didn't complete all the challenges. It still helped me get several layouts done. I need to spend some time printing out some more photos! Yippee! That's a good sign.

Okay ladies, after a discussion with Lela, we decided to try Stash Busters as an SCS challenge. Woohoo! We'll get it up and running tomorrow morning, and I will let you know when we're open for business.
I paid attention to how I linked these pages so if they don't work properly then I am doing something wrong or something is going on with SCS. I will check out each link when the post is live just to make sure.

I would be interested. Yes, I have a ton of stickers!!! Eyelets!!!! is another product that I have tons of!
I have a multitude of eyelets myself. And now I have even more because a friend cleaned out her closet and gave me a bunch she had! I still have my hammer...
I have a ton of eyelets & I don't even want to discuss the brads I have! I gave up my hammer after smashing my fingers! But we can look on the bright side...at least our stuff doesn't go bad or expire! ;)
oh wow! I am on the list lol I completly failed sept challenge, so I am going to be very realistic this month, my goal will be at least one layout a week, that's it, 4 for this month thanks for putting me on the list, I feel like I belong here already
