Default any suggestions for a larger platform die cut machine?

i have a big shot but at times i need a larger platform diecutter. i'm not sure what brands are out there or the pros and cons of each. does anyone know of a good larger platform machine? i've looked at the fuse by fiskars but it's so large and heavy. i would rather not have that if possible.
any suggestions would be apprecitated
thanks

Sorry the Fuse didn't meet your needs. I did buy the Fuse earlier this year as I found my Cuttlebug limiting. The reason I bought the Fuse was for various reasons including it was cheaper than the Sizzix Big Shot Pro which I also considered, it took all manufacturers' dies & embossing folders, had the 12" platform and the Fuse folded up like my Cuttlebug for easy storage compared to the Sizzix Big Shot Pro.

If you want to look at another 12" platform machine, here's a link to the Sizzix Big Shot Pro which is an alternative to the Fuse.

I saw the Ebosser demo'ed on HSN's all day craft show yesterday. It is electric, requires no cranking, and takes larger plates. It's pretty pricey, but you get a lot with the bundle, including 8-1/2 x 11 embossing folders:

Our Senior Stamper group, uses the Grand Caliber. We like it so far. The plates are big and sort of awkward at first but we got used to it and can cut several things at once.

The Grand Caliber is nice but limiting as it does not accept the thick dies but it does a good job cutting the thin dies. I also have the big shot Pro but it is big and very heavy but it is versatile.

I don't have any Big Shot Pro dies, but do have the Fuse adapter plates and it mentions that Big Shot Pro dies can be used in the Fuse with this kit.

Here's a link to the Fiskars site and you can click on the "Download Fuse Adapter Kit Recipes Instructions" to see all the dies and their corresponding sandwich.

In larger machines, I have the Grand Calibur, BSPro and AccuCut GrandeMark. I love them all, but for larger dies, I buy more ACC than the others. ACC makes gorgeous card, box, and album dies.

The fuse is the most portable of all the larger platform machines if you want to cut 12" or larger...the Grand Calibur and Ebosser only do up to 8.5x11. I really love my Fuse...it folds up, and yes it is heavy but if you can find a spot for it and not move it, you would be good.
