With the summer months behind us, I often think of the Frost poem that decares, "Nothing gold can stay."
Nothing Gold Can Stay

Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.
But...that's only in nature. So...today, let's so a bit of gold on your creations! And, bonus if your card has an Autumnal Theme...or some other idea inspired by this poem.

well you caught me in a creative mood today. I just hope this week when I try to upload the card, it actually takes. The fact that it didn't upload properly last week kind of disheartened me. I even sent a note to whomever does that stuff. never heard a word. But I am ready to make something special today. Got a craft fair in a few weeks.
Thanks for a great challenge Dawn!! Unfortunately I could not make an autumn card as I am behind with my Christmas cards and this was perfect. Here is my Golden Christmas Wishes .

I AM FINALLY HOME AND ENJOYING SOME STAMPING TIME! (even though I spent time stamping on my retreat, its always nice to be home hanging in the craft closet)

I recently acquired one Stampin' Up! wreath stamp. It comes from a set, but I only have the one. The date was cut off the label. Sorry I don't know the name of the stamp set.
Started this last week when the challenge was issued and just got the rest of the card finished! The challnge prompted me to get out my Mica inks and play. Here is the the panel I picked for this challenge.
