Does anyone know where to look on the measurements area to be sure you're buying the new corrected punch board? Early shipments had incorrect measurements for some sizes of envelopes, and those might be lurking in odd spots.
What are the incorrect and correct measurements so people will know they're getting the "good" ones?

Here is a link to the revised chart. The corrected measurements mainly apply to odd size envelopes that many people won't use anyway:
I just found this info in an older thread about the envelope punch board. It tells you how to check to see if your board has the correct measurements, and has the email address to write for a corrected sticker if you need one:
"We have an updated Envelope Punch Board Sticker to adhere over the current measurement sizes.
***Take a look at the 3x3" Envelope Size on the Punch Board. The original measurements for that size will be 5 3/8 x 5 3/8 with a 2 score line. If thats the size listed for the 3x3 Envelope Size, then please email us for a replacement sticker. ***
Please email us at [email protected]
Include Envelope Punch Board Sticker in the subject line and your mailing address in the body of the email."

My experience with ScrapAce was less than good. I only ordered from them once - very bad service & communication. Just my experience, I won't order from them again.

Thanks, Vic. Always good to know other's experiences. I have never heard of this site until today.
As a general rule, I don't like websites that are time-oriented, you know get this in the next 12 hours or it's gone.....
I'd rather pay a couple of bucks more and get it from some place tried and true.

I've had nothing but good experiences from them the many times I have ordered.
I suppose it is the same with most companies, some have good experiences and some have not so good experiences.
I think this one is related to Scrap-mart, another company I have many good experiences with.

I am so sorry you did not have a good experience.
I have ordered from them many, many times and have had good service. One time there was a delay on something, i emailed them and got a friendly response right away. Will order from them again.

Wow! Really? I have had absolutely the opposite experience. I had trouble getting a purchase to go through online, and got frustrated and emailed them, they not only got back to me immediately, but when I still could not get my order through and was worried about losing the deal by it selling out, a customer service person called me on the phone, assured me she would make sure I got the item, gave me her cell phone number, and sent the item out free. THAT'S impeccable customer service. Any other issue I've ever had has been dealt with swiftly and well. Really the only other issue I've had was buying a Stickles bundle that said distress, and regular Stickles were what I got- called them, it was an error on the listing, they sent a label for me to return at their expense. They've been absolutely fabulous to deal with- I wouldn't want everyone to think they are tough to deal with- in my experience they are very very good to deal with.
I also have looked at Walmart.com and the punch board is $16.10 with free ship to store for pick up. (I get Walmart gift cards as prizes at work, and they have SOOOOOO much stuff online that you'll never see in a store!)
