JULY 2013 Mission-CARDS FOR A CAUSE
2013 Cards for A Cause JULY MISSION Stamp from the Heart!
ORGANIZATION BEING FEATURED: Sunshine Mail Foundation
Description of Organization: The Organization is the Sunshine Mail Foundation. They are a 501c3 nonprofit, provides children in need comfort, support and joy through free Sunshine Mail Care Packages. Sunshine Mail is filled with handmade cards, care essentials and other age appropriate items and delivered to children in hospitals, homeless shelters and in foster care.
TYPE OF CARDS REQUESTED: Please send only cheerful cards. Please do not send get well cards, birthday cards, or holiday cards. Also, if possible please include envelopes. If you would like to sign them and add where you are from you can do that as well. Please do not seal the envelope.
SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS: NO glitter or confetti. NO religious or faith based cards

This is only optional and you do not have to play along to send your cards to the featured cause for the month. We always take cards no matter if you play along in the challenge or not. This months challenge is perfect for our "cause", use a sun, a outdoor scene, or the word sunshine in the sentiment. Be sure to use the keyword C4AC6 so that we can check out your card and comment! Hi - these are generally sent to children at random times each month. It is not necessarily their birthday month - so they need general cards rather than specifically birthday cards... Does that make sense?

I'm sending 14 cards in tomorrow's mail. This month was a challenge for me because I don't make a lot of cards for children. Thank you for making me explore my stash of stamps to see what I could come up with! I had fun!
