We thought about the crops but then realized... what would we crop? So, on Saturday we are taking her to Crafts Direct in St. Cloud. Love, love, love that store and I have easily spent 6 hours there shopping. Saturday night is open and we might do something here at the house with some peeps in town.
We are taking no card classes. The one we wanted was full. We didn't even try for Tim Holtz. I had a doctor's appointment first thing the morning registration opened so we knew that was a goner.
A week seems toooooo short for her visit with the other things on the agenda besides Scrapfest.

Our whole group (5 of us) are doing the Christmas Blended Card. I'm also doing the Capture Travel Photo Album, Holiday POP 3D cards, Holiday Burlap Art Panel (Tim Holtz), Santa List Album, and the Steampunk Tags.
I do scrap some, but mostly a card maker. I'm probably going to make up some kits to put together at the BG Crop night.
We were all on at 7 a.m., in fact I got on earlier and started choosing my workshops about 6:55 and got all of them.

What fun! Rosie and I haven't met so this is a first for us. Of course, I live here and she is coming from Montana the Tuesday before Scrapfest. My husband is chauffeuring us back and forth to the MOA from our home. It's a big place! You still in Texas? |

I'm signed up. Unfortunately I was traveling this week and didn't get to sign on at the first day BUT it's ok because I'm still coming. I actually went to ScrapFest in '05 so this will be my 2nd time. I just "happened" to be in MN for the first one for work. I ended up staying for the weekend so I could attend and had a fun time. I'm sure it's changed a lot
I am a scrapper so I'm looking forward to the crop and some scrap workshops. The 2 card workshops I wanted to take were sold out already but all good

I am so excited to Meet Sassy, face to face. We do Skype, lol. She is very kind and putting me up for a week and we are going to Scrap Fest. We have 6 classes we are taking. It's gonna be great fun. Maybe we will meet some other of the scs gals?

I registered late so I only some workshops on Sat and one on Sunday so Friday I plan to wander around the M-n-T Stuff. Perhaps when you're there Friday or Sunday? Whatever would work for you. Here is what I found....
5. Can I cancel a Create-it Workshop I've already paid for?
Should you cancel any workshops after your credit card has been billed for those workshops, your money will be refunded in the form of a credit on your credit card. However, you will incur a one-time $10 cancellation charge. No workshop cancellations may be made after 11:59pm CDT on August 31st. Your ScrapFest badge is nonrefundable. Should you decide to reschedule and purchase another workshop, the cancellation charge will be applied as a $10 credit towards your next workshop purchase (you will receive a code to add during checkout). For an example of how our cancellation policy works,click here. |

Thank you SO much for mentioning there were some new openings! A couple of the workshops that I was interested in I was now able to register for... yay!

Debbie - I will be easy to spot... bright red hair and I have to use a walker and it is red. Feel free to hook up with us for the day or weekend!

I am taking 2 classes on Friday. At 9am, I am taking the Rose Garden Mini Book and at 1pm the Graphic45 box class. Not taking anything on saturday because I will probably go home that afternoon! I will definitely be looking for you! |
