In my experience, HSN has pretty good customer service. I would give them a call and let them know you received a defective product. If they have any left, I am sure they will send you another one. If they're out of stock, they can at least issue a refund.
They're definitely out of stock.
It's beyond the defective time period, so I contacted WRMK via their FB page first to see if they have any advice for me. If I don't hear back by the end of this week, I guess I'll call HSN and see what they say??
