I received a lovely thank you note from the Pregnancy Center for sending the Thank You cards to them. It's nice to know that what you do is appreciated.
So what's on for July?

It was fun making "baby" cards and yesterday I got a very nice Thank You letter from CPC, I never expected that. Made my day to know someone appreciated them Waiting for the next Cause.

Not to worry I will also be sending out on Monday too. I always let the agencies know that they could receive cards for a week or so after the month ends!
thank you kindly!

We stopped in yesterday to drop off the cards I made for the Pregnancy Center. Russ took them in and I stayed in the car. Russ said that Diane (center director) was showing him how many stacks of cards came in for June! She even had made a display showing the cards that came in....she was super excited!! Thank you so much for blessing this organization during the month of June!!! And of course - if you ever feel like making baby cards or any other cards - you can always send them. Blessings!!!!!!!

Even though tomorrow is July 1 I will be making a trip to my post office to put cards in the mail for this cause. My work schedule makes it very difficult to get to the post office and I live in a rural area. Like to be sure I have the correct postage on before sending!!!!! Sorry I'm late but my intentions are good

Just wanted to say that I too received a thank you note from the center. So nice that they appreciate our talents! Can't wait to see what July has in store for us!
I will be sending my cards early in the week. Got them halfway finished then sprained my right elbow and had to wear a sling for several weeks. I won't have as many as I had hoped but I should have at least 10. I would like to send more in a week or so since I have supplies to make them but wasn't able to start them. Am looking forward to making some for July too! Hope that will be o.k.

Here is a email from Dianne. I also will have a estimated total within a week or so of the total cards we sent! THANK YOU ALL!
Here's an email I received from Diane today:
Oh my goodness, we've received about 275 cards so far - and that's without the 3 packages still on their way! We are overwhelmed with the generosity of you and your fellow stampers - the cards are absolutely delightful and getting the packages in the mail [or hand delivered :eek] is like Christmas in July!
P.S. If you're on facebook, please 'like' our page (facebook.com/cpcbarberton) - but in the meantime, may I ask you to add someone to your prayer list? We got a call on Friday from a young gentlemen seeking an abortion for his girlfriend (I posted the prayer request on facebook) - please pray that God uses our feeble attempts and insufficient words to turn their hearts toward life. Most of the time, we never know how these phone calls turn out - but God is "large and in charge" and can/will change hearts!
