So sorry for you guys and also my friends who were angels. :( I just ordered those Emma stamps from Unity. I am glad some of the artists have been picked up elsewhere so we can continue to get some of the goodies we miss!
there was an email sent out to all active angels. But it did happen very quickly. I am still in limbo. I still want to sell and share my talents, but I guess I needed to grieve for awhile first. I did really love the Angel Co. None of the others compare. Sorry you had to find out the way you did. If you could look back in your emails you will find the contact that the rest of us got. Keep your chin up and look for other ways to show and uplift others as we learned from being an angel and pass it on still.
I just joined Memory Works because I love their 6 x 6 paper pads for card making. They also carry some Unity stamps.
AND
I can use stamps from other companies.

.
I just posted on your blog. Is the website up and running yet as I am having trouble pulling it up? Do you sell the STampsmiths from that company as I LOVE their images. :-)
OMGosh!! That is wonderful! I just went into the website to look at the 6x6 paper packs, and all of the Christmas ones are calling my name. How much percentage do you make on a $75 order?

My last post was deleted, so I'll try to re-word it. This is also a difficult time for the consultants who were just dumped by the company with no explanation given. It's not right to just ignore emails and phonecalls from your demos. Many of them have spent years building up their businesses as well. They deserved an explanation and some kind of notice. Very wrong.
I agree with this, Scrapjanny. Although it is unfortunate that TAC had to cease operation, they did owe their Demonstrators an explanation and a heads-up that this was coming.
I was one of the original TAC Angels (#146) and enjoyed their stamps for many years. When I finally chose to resign, I sent a very nice email to Mischelle Smith directly, explaining why and complimenting her on the product line, indicated I would still order, etc. I never heard a word back from anyone there. Nothing.
Granted, it didn't really 'affect me' in any way, except that the memory stayed with me. I found it very odd that I did not receive an acknowledgement, especially after being with them for several years and taking the time to send her a heartfelt email.
If this is what happened to the demos, you have my sympathy and empathy. Best of luck in future endeavors. I have found a new home with Amuse Studio and am excited about their stamps and products.
So often businesses like this come and go -- I find it's best not to burn bridges if possible, and am saddened not only because another decent stamp company was forced to close up shop but also because of how the demonstrators may be feeling after such an abrupt closure.

\ It's Shamed that we were treated like this. I would think the someone would have taken the time. and send a reply back.
But i'm happy doing what I'm doing now. Selling IPPITY Stamps by Unity Stamp Company.
OH MY!!! I have been watching these videos and want to get the templates for the caboodles class kit. Does anyone know where i can download these? I am new at shading and so want to learn how to watercolor and use copic markers.
You can make your own template or if you need help, I can make one for you. Just print it using a laser printer (take to Kinkos) so the ink doesn't bleed when you color with Copics.
Let me know if you need help. I'd be happy to help you out.
OR...You might try contacting Red Rubber Designs to see if they have the complete collection of practice templates. They may have access to ALL of them.
