I think this is my last day of PT b/c I don't see how this is helping...and...I can do all these little things at home by myself...if I apply myself. haha
So, it has also cooled off. (Hope the pool opens today.) Anyone have fun plans for this week?
I have been told water aerobics is great. when I can I get to the pool and do it with the other old farts! ( those with arthritis)
