Oozak?

Does anyone know what is happening with Copics at Oozak.com? If you have looked at their website, the latest information on Copic deliveries was dated 5/15 and many of their sketch Copics are sold out. I sent an e-mail asking about this and never heard from them. I hope everything is OK. Can anyone provide any information?

I'd suggest you give them a call. You're 3 hours earlier than they are (if you're calling from California) so hopefully you'd be able to reach them at some time when their customer service department is open and you could get the info straight from the source.

I know last week the site said they were not shipping orders during that week (I assume Rusty was on vacation with his kids, school just got out around here). I live in the area and was going to order then pick up on my way to or from work. I haven't placed the order yet so I haven't stopped ye.

I suggest you email again. Something weird was going on with email deliveries on the Internet not actually going through or being hung up for days before they were delivered over the last couple of weeks. I had several of my work emails I returned days later with undeliverable notices and others said the same thing. Since Rusty usually responds quickly to emails so I'd try again if I were you.

I don't know about the problem with Copics but I have ordered many times from Oozak.
I have found their company service really exceptional. They are the fastest online company I have ever ordered from, and I have ordered from many. I actually live in Canada near the Washington state border, so I pickup my online purchases in the US right at the border. Most of the orders I placed with Oozak have been delivered in 2 days from when I ordered, quite extraordinary. Its free shipping if you order 50.00 or more. The nice thing is their prices are excellent too, everything is discounted. I can't say enough good things about Rusty and his company Oozak,
I give them 10 out of 10 for service.
