Default Shimmer Paint Champagne Mist

I bought some of the Champagne Mist Shimmer paint. Can someone tell me how to apply it? Like on flowers.
Thank you so much.

I was wondering the same thing yesterday and couldn't find but 1 video on You Tube and it really didn't show how....but, I stuck my finger in the little cap and smeared it on a little flower SU Embosslets and it went right on the little embossed parts and looks good. They say its water based and you can put it on a stamp with a sponge ...you can also paint it on with fantastix little brush like things...there are some cards featuring this stuff...just search SU All Purpose Ink on this site.

I use an old blender pen and just mark it so I know it is only for shimmer paint. I shake the container and then use the blender pen to get a little paint from the lid

Dawn Griffith has a video on how to mix Shimmer paint with alcohol to make a fine mist, it's awesome!!! Here's the link:

I love using it this way & it's just the right amount of shimmer on my cards.

I mix about a teaspoon of paint with rubbing alcohol in a 3 oz spray bottle for a shimmer mist.

I've used the sponge daubers from SU. It fits perfectly in the top of the little bottle. Of course if you have a very small area you want to use it on, I like the blender pen idea someone already suggested. I'll have to give that one a try.

How long does the homemade shimmer mist last? Alcohol evaporates so would you recommend making a smaller amount? I don't use it often so if I made as much as Dawn did I would wonder if the solution would evaporate or become I unuseable before I even used 1/4 of it.
