A lesson in how not to run a business from WRMK.
- Always should have said they would fulfill HSN first if order came in (sorry for those with LSS but that is a big money earner etc. it makes sense economically).
- Like building a house, if they estimated a month should have doubled all estimated times and then what joy IF your product comes in early (it also streamlines your customer service as you aren't dealing with complaints all day)
