I use blogger and have put photos from my blog in my boards using the usual "Pin It" button and I do believe if you do it that way your addy will be there automatically. if not till you figure it out you can type your addy there.

I wish I could come to the next Texas swap. I've never been to Texas!

people are going to have fun with people who share their love of stamping. I went to a couple in NJ/NY and had a great time. A lot of the women there came from hours away. They were a riot, they'd go all over to swaps. They were from upstate NY and all didn't live close but depending on which way they were going they'd go to someone's house 2 nights before and work on stuff and then head out the next day.
they were very friendly and funny. they have a thread like this going a couple months ahead of time for people to sign up and you get to know them before you meet them.

I already put in my vacation time for a week in October so I could make lots more cards for the next HYCCT. My boss & the COO thought that is the most generous thing I've ever done & for a great cause. They were kind enough to donate all my envelopes which was very nice, I wasn't expecting that.

I went through withdrawal after HYCCT last year. I got so used to having a place to hang out and chat - I really missed it when it was done. My dh travels and my kids are big -- dd is 17 and ds is 24 and out on his own. So many evenings it's kust me and the dogs

Rochester would really be a haul to the NY/NJ ones but they are one fun group. The last one I went to, was somewhere in NY off the thruway. My stamping crew went and we had so much fun getting there it didn't bother us that we got lost. We were going over this bridge (two of them have bridge phobias and duck or cover their faces whenever we would go over them) for the third time when I pointed that out to the driver. the two of us were laughing so hard my sides hurt, while the other two of us were cursing us out. And all of us are yelling at the "yolie" the name we gave the useless GPS which accompanied us on more than one trip that we got lost on.

Congrats to Linda, holstein on the scor-pal win. Awesome pix for her Lydia.
Is there more than one scor-pal? Do we need another number? If so, I pick 50

Oh I'd love to win MFT.

I looked, only 1 scor-pal prize.

OMG - Chris - how fun!!
I'm not from Rochester. I'm actually from Albany - so if I still lived in my hometown, I wouldn't have been that far. Rochester is almost the midwest LOL! I do love it here but we will probably move back east when my dh retires (which won't be any time soon). This has been a great place to raise kids but I miss being able to hop on a train and be in the city in time for a matinee.
If I have my way, we would retire to Cape May. That's my favorite place.

Lydia, I keep forgetting to tell you that our Pflugerville friends are opening a frozen yogurt shop in Round Rock in January...... if you are ever up there you'll have to check it out.

I know. We started a thread after the drawings were over last year, it lasted for awhile but then I don't know what happened. I'll miss talking to everyone when this ends unless we start another thread.

I have little ones, one who thinks she's 15 but only 9 & the other one thinks she's 12 but only 8, generally they go to bed around 8:30 when they listen. I'm up late making cards

Oh sorry. That wasn't very clear at all. If you submit to Paper Crafts and friend them on Facebook, they update throughout the day how many acceptance emails they've sent and when they're through.

My DH was stationed in Ballston Spa twice in his naval career and we lived in Saratoga Springs the second time. I went to school in Troy the first time. I really like upstate NY but DH didn't like the snow....hahaha, here we are in the real Mid West! My Dad rented a house in Cape May once for the whole family and we really enjoyed it there.

you would have made a great addition to this group. One of the bridgies is Eileen. We needed her car to fit us in for one of our trips to CT. when she got to my house (which she passed 3 times while I was talking to her hubby on the phone because she was late and is never late - that started off the laugh fest) she got out for me to drive. My DH couldn't figure that one out. I had to explain there were bridges involved, etc, etc.

Oh my gosh Gail -- Saratoga Springs is my husband's hometown! Isn't it pretty?? If you haven't been there in a while, you should see it now. It was always lovely but now they have done so much work downtown - it's gorgeous. We were just there for Thanksgiving. Where did you go to school in Troy? Russell Sage, maybe?

I love the snow. One of the things I love about Rochester is we get LOTS of snow! Except for last year - when it was 60 in december and I was still weeding. And I love living just a few miles away from Lake Ontario.

Yes! It's lots of fun to see people popping up with happy squeals because they got an acceptance email! I haven't submitted at all since having Amelia. I'm hoping to start up again soon. It's a great challenge!

omg Lydia...I don't do bridges well either in a car, can you imagine me on the back of a motorcycle? I cringe. The Coronado Bridge in San Diego is one of them, scary.

I once went over the Throg's Neck Bridge three times trying to get to Long Island to see a boyfriend -- that was before GPS's ..

I don't mind bridges but I absolutely hate tunnels. The Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel is my idea of hell.
