I am not sure where to post this so please move it if it needs to be somewhere else.My friend's husband has Alzheimer's, she just had to move him to a nursing home for his safety. He turns 75 on April 20 and she requested a barrage of cards. Little does she know I have access to the world's premiere card makers and I was hoping each of you could grab an old card or a card received in a swap and pop it in the mail with your tax returns on monday . She says he will get a kick out of receiving cards so I thought this might be fun.
the address is:
p.o. box 326
Pocono Pines, PA 18350
his name is Steve Brown
Since he is not going to know any of us, is there a certain way you want us to sign the cards? Or, since he has Alzheimer's and we are not sure how severe, does it matter how we sign the card. I just want to do whatever his wife or you think is appropriate. Thanks.

Reason: question
Oh I love that !!! I wouldn't have thought of that. LOL! I think it is perfect. I think she just wants the cards to brighten his day and fill his room.
Yes just put where you are from.
and thank you very much. I stated in another thread that they introduced me to my husband 20 years ago. My life would be very different without them.
Central New York will be represented, too (and I haven't made a card in AGES)! My father had Alzheimer's and would have loved something like this - what a sweet gesture!
I'm sending one from Texas. This is my first time to participate. I love this idea. How sweet for an opportunity to bless someone through a random act of kindness.

Reason: Smiley didn't show up.
Sophie, thanks, you know I am your biggest fan ))))
Sue, my dad also had Alzheimer's and I know he would have gotten a kick out of seeing all the cards.
I really appreciate it from everyone
I just saw this thread today. I am sending one from Sacramento, CA but chances are slim that it will get there by 4/20. Well, maybe the celebration can continue into next week with a few late cards.
Really Bad Axe?? I think I need to move there just to have the address! Any history to that name?
thank you all , I know I love my birthday to go forever Since he doesn't know his name, he probably won't know the cards are late.
