New at this - need help

Hi,
I am new at this and have never posted but I do want to get involved in this as my Mom is undergoing breast cancer treatment. Although I don't have the talent of most on this site, I have made a few cards to upload and send. My problem, I guess I don't know how to upload properly. I just tried uploading a card and thought it would take me to a screen that allowed me to put in info such as products used (as I see on others) but it just asked for a title for the card and a description and then when I hit submit, it was gone. I'm not sure where it actually went but I never did enter any details. I don't want to try any other uploads until I know if this is correct and I should just put the products I use in the description box. Thanks for your help.

Hi Susan! I have a little video on uploading in my signature that might help you - it's quick I promise!

I think that it didn't upload at all, and if I had to guess, it's the size. The photo needs to be less than 2000 pixels in both height and width. Here's a good link on resizing your photos. Photo too large to Upload? No problem! by UnderstandBlue at Splitcoaststampers
