Here is my card for HYCCT1114 pink collage card. It was the first time I've done a collage and it was fun. I'm sending five of the these cards. Thanks, Debby
Here is a link to my card True Friendship
I surprised myself at how much I enjoyed the last collage challenge we had - it's not normally my style. So I'm looking forward to this . I've done serendipity by applying scraps of paper to a sheet of card for the background, instead of DTP, and then stamping over them - it's a fun technique and I might just try this one. Inking the background instead of starting with a paper collage would be a whole lot less messy and time-consuming.
Collage isn't my style, either -- all though with my love of all things shabby, I don't know why! I really enjoyed working on my collage and will definitely do it again!
this was way more fun that I thought it would be .... collage is not my thing. Thanks for the link to the serendipity tute - I really had fun with it..
your story was an eye opener-this is one disease that touches all of us-thank you for the challenge you presented-it was the first time I made a collage card
I wanted to try the color grid collage using Copics and blending solution...I saw it recently here on SCS. Thought I'd give it a try with Shades of Pink.

It's catch up time! I just uploaded 8 cards, but I'm still way behind after being out of town for more than a week. I am really enjoying all the beautiful cards and ideas in the gallery and I will get around to making comments also.
