I always tell the DH his eyelids are so delicate and thin.... I could sleep in the middle of a basketball court. With a basketball game going. If the moon is full, he claims it bores into his closed eyes.
Yeah, my husband is the same way!!! but I guess without the moon cause he doesn't sleep at night!
I swear I have narcolepsy or something - I can lie awake all night with my thoughts but have several waves of lethargy hit me any give day and I am out for the count - I will sleep like 20 minutes and it will seem like I was asleep for days... very strange

OMG I'm so glad hubby loves me! I can NOT sleep in pitch quiet OR pitch dark.....I have to have some light from somewhere and a pretty loud fan running. But he snores loudly....so we're even!

I think I could cope with a light and a fan more easily than snoring, LOL
One time my brother was staying and he'd left his bedroom door open. I had to go and shut it - don't know how my SIL manages, LOL.
in college they would hit me when I was in the library sometimes, I would wake up with this Frankenstein looking stitch marks on my face from my spinak notebooks, LOL!
I could handle the snoring if it were rhythmic, but my husband has apnea and before his machine it was a race to fall asleep first! I'd be waiting, waiting for the GREAT BIG HUGE SNORT as he slowly stopped breathing then had the huge gasp to restart....took me almost 20 years to get him in to get tested!!!!

I snorted just reading this LOL!

Hello! I just got home from the funeral service. It was beautiful and a time for celebrating the life of a true Christian gentleman. We also served the family lunch, and I ate enough to last me the rest of the day.
I see a lot has been happening here. I note at least 4 more winners.

Oh Lee, you would laugh if you could see the pretty red house finch that is at my feeder right now - he blends in with it so you can barely see him - he is throwing SO MANY SEEDS overboard! As if to say "Nope, don't like this one, or this one, or that one, or this one, and this one won't do...." LOL!!!
