OK, I've got Mozzarella, Peccorino-Reggiano (a bog wedge of it), Cream Cheese (if that counts), Champagne Cheddar, American slices, Colby/Jack, Sharp Cheddar, Provolone, and the Cheddar-Ale Soup that I made for lunch yesterday. DE-LISH!
I told you I like cheese!

Ok, Jacq, you have one up on me in the cheese dept. I'm intrigued by champagne cheddar - I love champagne just about as much as I love cheese!

just before I turned 17...I felt soooo old. My boyfriend even made up a card on his dotmatrix printer that said "you're 17....and you're old." B/c it bothered me so. Luckily I didn't have that problem again until I turned 32. That was another "ooh I feel old!" bday...hahaha
