No, your fancy fold card looks great. I love the snow drifts. But I love coloring too. I colored 8 cards with fish on them for kids (like my HYCCT Tickled Fish/humorous card) last night. They probably won't be appreciated, but I had fun.
You'd be surprised Val - I gave a card to a 5th grader for his birthday last week and he brought over cupcakes to thank me for the 'really pretty card' that he 'really liked a lot'.
That's a start! Michael's carries them now AND you can use their coupons on them! I just got a new color last night! One at a time....WORKS!!!

I got a bunch when they were on sale at Hobby Lobby for 30% off but a few months ago their ads started saying 'excluding Copics' - PHOOEY! Now I will have to save up until I place an order that qualifies for free shipping somewhere they are sold online, LOL.

My sisters-in-law and I used to go doorbusting on Black Friday but didn't last year. We used to have a blast getting up really early and going, but nobody wanted to go Thanksgiving night. We have too much fun hanging around, playing games and eating pie. We didn't want to cut our holiday short to get a deal. Thanksgiving is a big deal to us because we are scattered all over - we don't get together very often.
I feel badly for the people who have to go to work on Thanksgiving - my niece being among them.

Oh phew -- there is at least one other person in the universe who doesn't own Copics?
I will admit -- I'm starting to break down. The work I've seen done with them is just amazing. I can't seem to get the same effect with my SU markers... They are just so darn expensive!

I feel bad for the folks FORCED to work on Thanksgiving who don't want to - but I am happy for the folks who WANT the opportunity to earn some extra holiday cash and holiday pay have the opportunity to do so (and then we can to shop!!)
