Hello all! Life seems to have gotten away from me this time around and I had not done any of the challenges before today. I am pleased to report though that I have finished 9 of them at this point (yes in 1 day)! I pulled out images that I had stashed in an envelope and went crazy. I will try to post them tomorrow and catch up so I can mail them all at once. Maybe then I can try some of your yummy recipes. Have a good night!

Lydia, perhaps you should have people bring you coffee AND some of those Nutella cookie sandwiches, lemon cake, and poundcake cupcakes... you need something to balance out all that caffeine, you know.

You know it's actually pretty good. I ended up just resting on my side instead of taking meds (prefer to save them for REALLY bad owies) and that helped.
I'm working on the looking up challenge right now and got two cards done last night. I'm giving myself until at least 10 to play then back to house and party prep
And thanks for asking. I was feeling a little over emotional and loserish yesterday. It's nice to start fresh today and know a few people were thinking about me yesterday

Glad you and your back are doing better, V.
I didn't need a box of tissues today, but I feel worse than yesterday, bleah. I had to say I wouldn't go in to work tomorrow too, which hits my purse; no sick pay for part-timers. And how come weeks can go without anybody ringing the doorbell and today it went twice - both times when I was asleep. At least the second time was close enough to DH getting home from work that I got up and made a quick card.
Just popping in to say hi! I have been evaluating my HYCCT progress....and I'm down 5 cards. How are you all doing? I'm also hoping to get to the post office on Monday to mail my first 1/2 of the month of cards.
I "sprained" My ankle in June...then found out last week that it was actually FRACTURED. So...this week has been non stop doctor visits.

That's no fun - I remember the same happening with my BIL. He'd gone to casualty near us when his "sprain" wasn't getting better - and then they decided he couldn't drive home again. I hope it gets better for you soon.

We had a quick macaroni cheese.
It's a nice one, it has halved cherry tomatoes over the top with some breadcrumbs and cheese and then goes under the broiler for long enough to heat the tomatoes.

Good to hear you are at least over the runny nose, Sabrina. That is the worst thing about dealing with the colds & flu. Your poor nose is red after blowing all day for a couple of days. Hope you can get more rest. That seems to do as much good as anything.
