Okay, random topic change:

What are some of your favorite commercials on television right now?

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the commercial for Boost Mobile with the muppet-like puppets that are singing to Harold "it's a big big world it's a big big day with your big boy phone Harold's on his way.... Good luck!"

And I like the car commercial with Kelly Clarkson jamming with three other dudes to her 'Stronger' song when they get in the car, LOL!

I know, right -- it's a big problem. Soon there will be embarrassing commercials on network TV about it!

Ok - you almost made me snort diet coke out my nose with that one!

I haven't seen a commercial in it's entirety since I married my man 19 years ago. Shoot, I hardly get to see an entire episode of shows. Can you say ADD? I'm not even sure what the remote looks like.

Hey, we've been married about the same length of time. When's your anniversary? Ours is Oct. 3, 1992 (exact same day as President and Michelle Obama!).

Haven't heard of that one. Just added it to my Paperbackswap.com wish list!

I tend to read much older books because I get them used. Fiction is my love, especially thrillers, police procedurals and chick-style mysteries.

I'm currently reading, "Dead Until Dark" by Charlaine Harris. It's okay, but I've not figured out what the hype is all about. A couple months ago, I read a non-fiction book, "The Glass House" that was excellent and inspiring.

Work was good. The HR guy that did the training was just my style of person. Straight forward, funny, and if he felt there was something he had to emphasize he told us why rather than just talk down to us and watch our eyes roll LOL. I'm apparently going to be training on a lot more than what I originally thought. Register, stocking, sales floor. I think it will be good. I found out in a round about way that I make more than at least 2 other people they hired. SO I'm hoping that is a sign I'll be going in the right direction and staying after the holidays. I work a few nights later this week and then a few nights next week and start at 3 Black Friday.

It was the hot and miserably humid day of July 18, 2002. LOL! There are so many things about that that day that I don't remember and other odd things that I will never forget. I also got a nose full of birdseed that my nephew threw up as we were running past. He was little and it went up alright.. right up my nose. haha! We had a great day!

I don't watch many commercials because we watch a lot of DVR stuff. But I *heart* Mayhem.

I can more easily tell you which commercials I hate. What does being in a bath tub on the beach have to do with your hubby's uh, what was that word PH?

Oh I also love the one where the kid is Darth and he keeps trying to use the force to move things and then dad comes home and the kid runs out to the car and the dad is inside and hits the start button. I love that dad.

Sounds good!

I can more easily tell you which commercials I hate. What does being in a bath tub on the beach have to do with your hubby's uh, what was that word PH?

I love the Mayhem commercials too!
