Challenge Title: Bring in the Brown
Hostess: Lori aka stamp_momma
Keyword: HYCCT02C
Date: Saturday, October 2th, 2010
When I stamp, I have a tendency to use browns like most people use black or grays. It's my staple for bottom cardstock layers, embellishments and accents - you name it. So when I was thinking about all of the pink that we'll be seeing in the beautiful Splitcoast gallery over the next few weeks, I thought some of it would look great paired with brown.
My challenge is to bring in the brown...think bottom layers, stamped accents, colored images, embellishments, ribbons and twines. Try replacing the black or greys in your project with variations of brown.

Hi Joan -
I posted the recipe in the gallery sample. The main image was hand drawn for me by a friend. It's a picture of my DD. The geese in the background are from a retired stamp from Cornish Heritage Farms called Bird Watching!

Ummm..............OOPS! I have GOT to slow down in reading all the deets! I missed that it was supposed to be PINK and brown............I'll make another and change the keyword so it won't show up for this challenge! Sorry!
This was a mojo searching week for me as I wasn't able to stamp all week so I feel a little rusty. I am on the way back now...... I want to fill these pink galleries with hope and love! Thanks for this wonderful challenge.
Lori, you will have to tell your friend how much we appreciate her talents. This is just awesome!
