I don't shop at JoAnn's anymore. There's nothing they have that's worth the bother of dealing with them (this includes their stores and their corporate customer service).
There's a whole world wide web out there (and multiple Michales/AC Moore/Hobby Lobby/local scrapbooking stores a short drive from me). No reason to put up with shoddy treatment from any one retailer.
Instead of "Have a nice day," I think I'll start saying, "Have the day you deserve." You know, let karma sort it out.
