Got my walk/jog in. Added a lot of jogging today. Feels so good! I ran a marathon in 2000 and was thrilled as it was a goal I thought I could never attain. But it did a number on my back as I already had a bad disc due to an injury years ago. Haven't run since except for little spurts of jogging added to my walks. But I do love and miss it still.
