Lots of people set a nighttime "rule" about eating because they think metabolism slows or it doesn't get burned off. But it all works out to calories in, calories out regardless of time of day.
Aha! I see what you mean. I wasn't worried about that but it's also why I limit alcohol intake at festive occasions (which I know WW advocates). I don't want to get too de-inhibited when I'm around cheese or chips and dip.
