Just wanted to check in. The cards are coming in slowly and I'm loving them all. If I can get my act together, I'll take photos to show.
We had to put our 16 y.o. cat to sleep today, so it's not one of my better days. She was my son's cat growing up and he wasn't able to make it by to say good bye this morning. I know he's upset. If he had turned her upside down and swung her from her tail (which he would NOT have done) she would have gone right along with him. When he went to Iraq, she would sit outside his door and just howl every night around the time he had been coming home from work prior to deployment. When he came home, she was just a bit too old to live in an apartment with a bunch of guys and two other cats, so she stayed with us. We'll miss her very much.
Stay warm this weekend,
