Rachelrose, since you mostly colour things in, here are two of my recent cards, one coloured in with Tombows:

Daffodils for Bonnie by susanbri - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers

and one coloured in with Distress markers:

I think the big difference I've noticed is that the Distress markers give a more muted colour (like old-fashioned house paint colours) while my Tombows give a brighter clearer colour. I like them both. I think the Stampin' Up and Memento markers are like the Tombow markers, while the Distress markers are more unique.
