I'm thrilled to Share the Love with you today by sharing one of my favorite Variety challenges posted by Peggy (Favorite Grandma) back in April 2009. Here it is:SBVC73...ad slogans...4.22.09
Simple Challenge: Use an ad slogan - as inspiration, your title, your sub-title, in your journaling or just tell us how it inspired you to do a page.
UPLOADING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. To be considered for VSBN Recognition, ALL VSBN CREATIONS MUST BE UPLOADED BY 10:00 PM EST ON Sunday, February 17, 2013.
2. You have a total of 2 working hours to complete the challenge. Time spent is cumulative; just keep your total time per challenge under the 2 hour limit. Please be sure to write your description of how you interpreted this challenge in your Upload Description.
3. Please remember to put in the correct KEYWORD LoveVSBN12 when uploading your image; a wrong keyword means your submission may not be seen for consideration. Copying and pasting the challenge keyword is recommended to avoid typos.
It is also highly recommended that you post a link to your creation in this chat thread to be sure your layout is seen by the host and all visitors.

Awesome page (from what I can see in the thumbnail, haha!)... I'm excited because I too have just the perfect picts for a recent Ad Slogan from the SuperBowl ... ;) I even have a sketch so off to get my pages done.
We had a fun time at Waffle House - can't believe how busy they were?!

I like this idea and if you do have more ideas, I could probably use them. I might go into Designer Digitals and look thru the weekly freebies that Katie sends. She always has an "inspiration" piece that she uses to design an element and the majority of them are ads!

Good morning ladies! Here's the page I did for this challenge! In my post I said this was my least favorite page but I don't want anyone to think I didn't like the challenge, I did. I just don't like my page! It may need a re-do although the base paper fits the picture perfectly!
Great pages everyone! If you haven't done this one you have time. I will keep checking in to see if anyone else is playing. We have some great pages in the gallery!

oh my I have been stumped on a picture and what to do with it and stumped on a slogan as well, but I just figured it out!!!
Can't wait to get Maddy on the school bus so I can go put it together!!!!

I always get stuck on how to scrap a single picture, but knew I needed to get this one done, and it finally came to me this morning, sometimes the obvious is just staring me in the face, and with the help of this sketch it all came together
